Tax returns are generally due on April 15th, unless that day falls on a weekend or holiday. In those cases tax returns will be due on the next business day.

Residency

If you have lived in the state for the full tax year you are considered a resident of Oklahoma. The states of Oklahoma determines permanent residence by the definition of keeping a domicile.
